Evaluated and benchmarked multiple AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cline, Cody, Aider). Demonstrated capabilities to management through live presentations and ROI analysis. Piloted GitHub Copilot integration with VS Code for 6 months. Created onboarding materials and conducted workshops for developer adoption. Built business case comparing closed-source models vs self-hosted alternatives.
GitHub Copilot deployed to 35-40 employees (~50% of Austrian office), including all 25 developers. Copilot enabled for all Windows development environments. Improved developer productivity and code quality. Established AI-assisted development practices and culture.
